I completely forgot to do a video this week, darnit! And I'm about to head out of town with the baby... just wanted to quickly say, I hear ya on the mac & cheese. I'm really shallow about my beer. We are craft beer snobs, and while we will still drink something like Coors Light to be polite, we would never buy it ever... Give me my New Belgium Somersault or a good home brew :)
ReplyDeleteI refuse to buy store brand Oreos AND cereal (unless its a cereal that a need a VERY large quantity of (like rice krispys or fruity pebbles for rice krispy treats)).
ReplyDeleteMy best friend/roommate bought us generic Oreos once and I tried them and then told her she could finish them but I was buying "the real thing." She's had to learn the lesson of buying generic/cheap a lot.
ahhh STORE BRAND MAC AND CHEESE! NEVER!!!! and totally agree with the face statement, take care now, worry free later!

Hahaha I like how serious you are when you're saying "toy story shapes"!! Shapes are the best! And I'm with ya on the cereal! It's worth the extra $2 for actual deliciousness!
ReplyDeleteNo store brand cereal in our house either! I also completely agree about the nail polish...it cannot be cheap or it won't last.

ReplyDeleteI have to say that I have both cheap and pricer nail polish and any time I use Essie on my nails I get chips and smudges. Maybe it's just me. But It frustrates me to spend $8 on nailpolish when it smudges and chips the next day, or hours later :(
ReplyDeleteI am so with you on the nail polish! I've learned that the hard way :). Also, I grew up with a bargain hunter for a mom too, and I am now definitely the same way!!
