So it's that time again! Time to sign up to be a part of the monthly Cara Box Swap.

Last month we had a great turnout and some amazing, new year's resolution boxes were sent!

Why you should participate:

Who doesn't like getting surprises in the mail?

Rules

1// Packages have a $15 limit

2// Make sure your box goes along with the theme. Get creative! Not everything has to be purchased. Get on Pinterest...find something awesome to make!!

3// Include 5+ items per box. Who wants to open a box with one item? Again, creativity!

4// Include a letter of encouragement. After getting to know the woman you are paired with and finding out about her life through her blog, make the effort to include a note of encouragement. This is not optional. It's great to get items that put a smile on your face, but kind words will last in your heart forever.

5// At the end of the month, create a blog post revealing your box and giving a shout out/link up to your match's blog. It's always nice to meet even more friends through the blogosphere.

6// This exchange is open to US residents. If you are outside of the US, please submit your name and info the same as everyone else. If I get interest from more than one person in your country, that country will be added to the exchange for that month (:

7// You CAN participate even if you don't have a personal blog. At the end of the month you will type up your post and your partner can post it up jointly with theirs on their own blog.

8// I am in no way personally responsible for anything that occurs after I send you your swap partner. I also cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged packages. Tracking numbers are HIGHLY recommended & inexpensive.

9// If your partner ends up not participating or you feel slighted in some way, please let me know.

February Cara Box: #ClubSexy

You may have seen my post a few weeks back about #ClubSexy.
If you didn't, you can check it out here.

The point of the post was that you can use creativity to make an awesome date for someone special in your life.

Well ladies, you are going to #ClubSexy each other.

Everyone knows Valentine's Day falls in February.
Some girls are married, some have boyfriends, and some are single.
People spend that holiday in a thousand different ways (and some don't celebrate at all).

I'm here to tell you that each and everyone of you will be #ClubSexy'd by your partner, giving you the ultimate "date night" you deserve...regardless of whatever marital status you find yourself in.

Your job is to find out what would be THE ideal date night for your partner.

1// Bar hopping around with the single ladies?
2// A cozy night on the couch watching a movie and eating popcorn with the hubs?
3// Quality time doing crafts with the kiddos?
4// A night at the theater watching Harry Potter while dressed as Hermione?
5// Dinner and drinks at a fine Italian restaurant?

Whatever it is, you use that to make them a box that will give them that night!

Need some ideas or clarification for the ideas above:

1// Some nail polish, glitzy earrings, gum (so she won't ward off the hottie who buys her a drink)
2//  Delicious snacks, a burned copy of your fave DVD, cozy socks
3// A creative craft, the kiddos' top candy, some aspirin for mom
4// Harry Potter fanatic items, popcorn
5// Cocktail accessories, fine Italian recipe, rich chocolates

Now I better not see a ton of boxes with my ideas above! That was just to help you (:

Get to know your partner and send them things to create for them the best.datenight.ever.

I would love for you to use #ClubSexy & #CaraBox if you take and post any pictures of your boxes and/or you putting your boxes into action!!

I think this will be really fun. It is always so nice to have someone plan a thoughtful date for you...who better to plan than your bloggy bff's?!

February Cara Box - Sign Up Here

I do want to stress that creating a "reveal post" at the end of the month and linking up to the main post on Wifessionals is mandatory. If you choose not to do so, you will be unable to participate in future months.

CHANGES

1// There were a number of girls who did not respond to their partner for WEEKS. From now on YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR PARTNER WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR MATCHES. Immediately following the 72 hour limit, any girl who has not heard from her partner must email me and will be re-matched and the girls who did not respond will be dropped from the month's swap.

2// Your box must be shipped by the 20th of the month. If you do not send it on time or do not send a box at all, you will forfeit your right to participate in future Cara Box Swaps. I found it heartbreaking that multiple women received boxes, but didn't end up sending their partners anything.

3// Due to the increase in number of ladies interested in the swap, matches will be posted through a post on Wifessionals. There will be instructions and a link in the post. I will email everyone, notifying them about the post. You will have 72 hours after the post to make an initial contact with your partner(s). Second, each girl will be given a match. The name you are given is who YOU will be sending to. The person you send to will not be the person sending to you. In essence, you will get to know TWO girls every month. This may sound confusing, but it will be explained in detail within the "Matches" post.
It is a positive thing, as you will be able to meet more ladies through the swap and will also increase the number of women you can be paired with, making it less likely that you will get "re-matched" with the same girl again.

You must sign up by Tuesday, February 5, 2pm EST, to participate this month. Your package must ship out by February 20.

We currently have lovely ladies from the following countries/continents on the sign up list. International entries are welcome! I just have to pair you within the same country to cut down on shipping costs! Feel free to sign up so everyone can participate (:
