Over the years, what did you learn you needed in a significant other? What did you learn about yourself?
Dear Dumber Younger Kaitlyn,
You may think that your future husband needs to be a total stud - well, he does. You will also figure out that you cannot be with anyone that is dishonest. You love and need romance. It is something that makes you feel adored. You want to be taken care of and long for a man that shares the same morals and values as you do. He HAS to be hilarious - laughter keeps love alive.
You will learn that you need to have better patience. Things don't always go your way...be flexible. "Winning" isn't always the most important thing. Pick your battles. You can be exactly who you are and someone will love you for that. You don't have to change to be someone that you think a man wants you to be. Put others before yourself, forgive and love with your entire heart.
When you finally accept all of these things, you will find a Prince Charming unlike anything you could have ever imagined. He will love you, protect you, and make you feel amazingly beautiful every day...even when you know you are a hott mess.
